I'm a data scientist at ZS, working on agentic AI, LLM operations, and moving retrieval-augmented and evaluation-driven systems from prototype to production. Before that, I spent about a year and a half at Epsilon. I graduated from NIT Tiruchirappalli in 2024 and completed a diploma in Data Science and Programming from IIT Madras in 2025.

Designed a custom Levenshtein-distance algorithm for character-level OCR accuracy scoring, and processed unstructured PDF/image data into accuracy metrics and OCR tuning recommendations.
